Our Mission
The mission of Family & Community Growth Center is to strengthen historically underserved and underrepresented communities by providing high-quality, accessible counseling and educational services to caregivers and their children as they navigate emotional and psychological challenges.
Who We Are
FCGC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to mental health and community wellness. We believe that every individual and family deserves access to supportive, empowering care—no matter their zip code or background. Our programs are grounded in:

From direct services to system-level consultation, we work to build healing environments in homes, schools, and communities across New Jersey.

6. Graduate Supervision Opportunities
We offer master’s-level students in social work, psychology, counseling, and MFT a chance to complete supervision hours at partner sites, engaging in real-world mental health work with expert guidance.
