The Family & Community Growth Center (FCGC) is a nonprofit mental health and community wellness organization committed to healing, equity, and empowerment. We serve historically underserved and marginalized communities with culturally responsive counseling, psychoeducational programs, trauma recovery support, and family-centered services.

At FCGC, we believe wellness is a right — not a privilege. 

Our mission is to strengthen underrepresented communities by providing high-quality, accessible therapeutic and educational services to caregivers, children, and families navigating emotional, relational, and psychological challenges.

We partner with schools, correctional facilities, community agencies, and faith-based organizations to deliver trauma-informed programming that meets people where they are — and walks with them toward who they’re meant to be.

We are proud to collaborate with organizations like HomeWorks Trenton, and we welcome Master’s level students seeking supervision opportunities in clinical settings.
